This summer, please join Lorenzo House families in a series of FREE weekly movement and meditation sessions over Zoom led by Deb Wineman. Our mission is to bring light into every home through gentle movement, breathing, stillness, and community. Each week, we will explore different themes and introduce tools and “micro-practices” to promote relaxation, ease tension and shift your mood and emotions. Inspiration, handouts, and home practices will be shared in between sessions.

Deb Wineman is an educator whose mission is to expand the reach of yoga and mindfulness to different populations to promote wellness, balance, and peace. Over the past 15 years, Deb has immersed herself in the study of classical yoga and mind-body practices from various traditions. Through balanced, breath-focused practices infused with life-affirming wisdom, humor, compassion, uplifting music, and intentional silence, Deb helps students of all levels and ages feel relaxed, centered, and whole.
Deb is a lead faculty member of Yogaview in Chicago and an instructor at Orot – Center for New Jewish Learning. Dedicated to making yoga accessible and inclusive for everybody, Deb offers community yoga and meditation classes and collaborates with organizations to design wellness and personal growth programming.
